XGen has launched the INano series lipid nanoparticle transfection reagent kits for efficient RNA delivery at the cellular level. By leveraging lipid hydrophobicity and charge interactions, RNA-LNP encapsulation can be achieved with simple manual mixing. This process is quick and easy, without the need for subsequent ultrafiltration or buffer exchange steps. This streamlined process significantly reduces experiment cycles while enabling efficient, precise, fast, cost-effective, and safe cell-level validation. XGen offers a range of transfection kits tailored for different RNA types, cell types, and RNA mechanisms, making them ideal for mRNA, circRNA, saRNA, and siRNA, and more.

XGen has developed a variety of cell transfection reagent kits that achieve exceptional transfection efficiency (>90%) across commonly used tumor cell lines, including B16F10, A549, HEK293T, DC2.4, Jurkat T, and more. Additionally, XGen has developed specialized transfection kits for specific cell types, such as primary T cells and mesenchymal stem cells, delivering transfection efficiencies of over 80%. | |||||||||

XGen has developed reagent kits for organ specific targeting, allowing for targeted RNA delivery based on customer needs. The liver-targeting delivery reagent kit is currently available, achieving 90% total protein expression in the liver. In recent years, with the launch of mRNA vaccines, SM-102 LNP and ALC-0315 LNP have been extensively validated for their effectiveness and safety in preclinical and clinical studies, making them the preferred choice as positive controls for research. Additionally, SM-102 LNP and ALC-0315 LNP can also be used for early pipeline development validation or instrument calibration.
