GenNano Reagent/ DNA/Protein-LNP Kit
Overviews

For customers interested in delivering DNA or protein using LNPs, XGen has developed a transfection kit that can directly deliver DNA/protein into cells. LNPs engage with cells through various interactions with the cell membrane, followed by internalization via endocytosis. Once inside the cell, the LNPs are contained in endosomes, from which they escape by fusing with the endosomal membrane. This process releases the LNPs' cargo, such as RNA, DNA, proteins, or peptides, into the cytoplasm.

  • High transfection efficiency: Transfection is achieved within 3-12 hours after the treatment. It also demonstrates high transfection efficiency for primary cells and cells that are difficult to transfect.
  • High payload activity: Non-covalently bound to DNA/protein, the delivered DNA/protein still exhibits high biological activity.
  • Broad application: Suitable for multiple cell types, and can be used with proteins, peptides, and fluorescently labeled antibodies.
  • Low cytotoxicity: Shows lower toxicity compared to some other commercially available transfection reagents, with good biocompatibility.
DNA-LNP Kit

For customers interested in DNA delivery, XGen has developed a DNA-LNP kit suitable for both in vitro cell transfection and in vivo immunization. The kit exhibits favorable physical and chemical properties, with in vitro transfection efficiency superior to some commercially available transfection reagent. Following in vivo immunization in mice, it efficiently induces the production of antigen-specific antibodies.

Protein-LNP Kit

XGen has developed protein/peptide encapsulation kits, including specialized kits that encapsulate both positively and negatively charged proteins/peptides. These kits provide customers with innovative delivery tools and expanded options for using various types of protein cargos
